LIZZY STAGEMAN X ARTEFACT - TERMS OF PURCHASE

The terms of purchase (Terms) apply to your purchase of any Lizzy Stageman x Artefact product (Product) from Lizzy Stageman via www.lizzystagemanart.com.au (Website), which is owned and operated by SMJ Stageman Pty Ltd (ACN 669584 730) (we, us or our).

These Terms aim to help our small business run smoothly whilst helping our beautiful customers find the perfect piece they will love for years to come.

1. Warranties and guarantees

  • The Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • Nothing in these Terms operates to limit or exclude any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe that there is a major or other failure with your product, please contact us at info@lizzystagemanart.com.au. We may require you to provide information (eg photos or order information) to assist with our assessment of the failure.

2. Cancellation and returns

Cancellation

  • Once your order has been placed, we do not accept order cancellations. Prior to dispatch of the Product, we may be able to accommodate change of mind requests for a store credit or product exchange with another Product.

No change of mind returns

  • Due to the bespoke, made to order nature of the Products, unless otherwise required by law we do not offer returns for change of mind, so please choose your items carefully.

Ring resizing

  • If you have purchased a ring from the Website and wish for it to be re-sized, please email info@lizzystagemanart.com.au.

  • Returns for ring resizing incur a fee of $40 for each silver Product and/or $80 for each gold Product and shipping, duty, taxes and related fees are at your cost.

3. Product materials and individuality

  • All Artefact’s metals are nickel-free, either 9ct solid yellow gold or 935 Silver (sterling silver with an anti-tarnishing agent added). To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any reactions you may have to such materials.

  • Each Product is unique and will have its own character and therefore the Product you receive may show tiny differences to those featured on the Website or other similar Products you purchase. This is due to the handmade process in Artefact studio.

4. Postage and dispatch

  • All orders are made-to-order and will be produced and be dispatched within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Orders may be dispatched directly by Artefact on our behalf.

  • All orders are sent via trackable Auspost Express & DHL Express services. You will receive tracking information to your nominated email once dispatch has been completed.

  • Please note: we do not offer same-day dispatch.

  • Local orders will arrive in the timeframe as per Australia Post’s standard delivery times, according to the method you have selected at the checkout.

  • International orders will be dispatched via either International Express via Aust Post or via DHL Express (this is the quickest & safest option). International shipping options will be available via the website and vary in price.

  • In the event that you have not received your order in the relevant timeframe specified above, please email info@lizzystagemanart.com.au.

  • We are also not liable to you, to the extent permitted by law, in relation to any lost, incomplete, damaged, and/or erroneous deliveries, including where you have failed to provide us with accurate details and/or failed to update your details (including your name, email and/or delivery address). Where you notify us of any delayed, lost, incomplete, damaged, and/or erroneous deliveries, we will provide you with reasonable assistance as may be necessary.
